Sunday 2/17/13
B: 1 whole wheat wrap with 1/2 small potato with mushrooms, spinach, and jalapenos sauteed in EVOO spray
S: 1 cup of greek yogurt with 1/3 cup of granola
L: turkey with lettuce, tomato and cucumber on whole wheat sandwich thins
S: none
D: hamburger patty with lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, 1 cup almond milk

Monday 2/18/13
B: none
S: turkey with lettuce, tomato and cucumber on whole wheat sandwich thins
L: 1 cup quinoa with jalapeno, tomato, cilantro, bean sprouts, and 4 oz chicken tenderloin
S: 1 cup of greek yogurt with handful of blueberries and 6 strawberries
D: 6 oz alaskan cod cooked with EVOO and 1 1/2 cup of quinoa with jalapeno, cilantro, tomato and 1/2 cup of bean sprouts

Tuesday 2/19/13
B: 2 eggs cooked in EVOO with 1 cup of blueberries and 1 kiwi
S: 7 strawberries and 1 string cheese
L: roast beef wrap with lettuce, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, and mustard
S: caveman crunch bar and 1 cup almond milk
D: 2 chicken tenderloin cooked in EVOO with garlic and green onions, 1 cup quinoa with garlic oil and 1 cup bean sprouts.

Wednesday 2/20/13
B: 2 romaine lettuce leaves with turkey and spicy mustard
S: 2 caveman crunch bars with 1 cup almond milk
L: lettuce wrap with turkey, tomato, cucumbers
S:protein shake with blueberries and strawberries and almond milk
D: 1 crab cluster with bean sprout salad and tomato

Thursday 2/21/13
B: caveman crunchbar and 1 cup of coffee
S: protein shake with strawberry, blueberries and almond milk
L: protein shake with strawberry, blueberries and almond milk
S: none
D: Fajitas at On The Border (grilled steak with veggies and water with lots of lime)

Friday 2/22/13
B: protein shake with 2 tbsp of almond butter and almond milk
S: caveman crunch bar and almond milk
L: Jason's Deli Salad - fresh greens, spinach, 2 boiled eggs, peas, mushrooms, artichoke, tomato, cucumber, NO DRESSING with unsweetened tea
S: protein shake with 2 tbsp of almond butter and almond milk
D: grilled chicken salad with carrots, fresh greens, tomato, cucumber and unsweetened tea

I'm not used to eating that many times in a day. I'm really trying to stay on track with eating atleast 4 if not 5 times a day. I do find it challenging to eat when I'm not hungry though.
I have been feeling uncomfortably full for awhile now. Not sure what to do.
