Sunday 2/17/13
B: 2 eggs 2 pc wheat tst
S: Kreme filled donut
L: half a mini pepperoni pizza (personal sized)
D:spaghetti and Italian bread

Monday 2/11/13
B: 1/2 c oatmeal, strawberries & banana, 1/2 c plain nonfat greek yogurt, 1 pack truvia
S: apple & handful of almonds
L: salad with 3 oz turkey breast, 1 hardboiled egg, 1 oz colby cheese, banana peppers
S: hardboiled egg, blueberries & fruit dip
D: "Twice baked potato" - Potato mixed with lean ground turkey, broccoli, cheddar.

Tuesday 2/12/13
B:1/2 c oatmeal blueberries strawberries 1/2 c Greek yogurt
S:apple almond butter and raisins
L:sandwich tky Colby on ww with strawberries
D:balsamic chicken with green beans and mushrooms
Snack for movie night: air popped popcorn
Wednesday 2/13/13
B:1/2 c oatmeal blueberries bananas 1/2 c Greek yogurt
S:banana cake with berries
L: 3 small pc pizza
D: English muffin almond butter raisins

Thursday 2/14/13
B: 3/4 c kashi go lean, 1/2 c greek yogurt
S: english muffin with almond butter
L: leftover twice baked broccoli ground turky potato (half of a potato)
D: mcdonalds grilled chix sandwich, minus the bun, and some fries.
**We were @ a bon jovi concert and walked REALLY far to find a restaurant that never really existed and mcdonalds was there. It was 20 degrees and it was getting dark in pittsburgh. not an excuse, but there was a reason.

Friday 2/15/13
B: 1/2 c. oatmeal, 1/2 c greek yogurt
S:english muffin, almond butter & jelly
L: wheat pita with strawberries, banana, some strawberry jelly & greek yogurt
D:tacos fruit veggies and 2 chic chip cookies

Saturday 2/16/13
B: stuffed French toast
L:hot dog buffalo chicken dip and a cupcake
D: chicken tenders and fries

Your meal log is all over the place lol...


Pizza, Donuts, and Mcdonalds is not going to help you lose weight! It will cause you to gain weight.

Thank you for being honest about your food choices.

Lets put this week behind us and make this week your best week yet!
