D:grilled pork chops, green beans, squash & new potatoes

Monday 2/11/13
B: chocolate shakeology
S: almonds & raisins
L: strawberries & protein bar
S: almonds & raisins
D: turkey chili with zucchini & brown rice

Tuesday 2/12/13
B: chocolate shakeology
S: almonds & raisins
L: natural peanut butter on paleo bread & scrambled egg
S: almonds & raisins
D: chicken, mixed roasted veggies (squash, sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini, green pepper), spinach salad.

Wednesday 2/13/13
B: protein smoothie with strawberries & banana
S: none
L: leftovers: 1/4 pork chop, mixed roasted veggies, salad with spinach, kale, leaf lettuce, egg, strawberries
S: almonds & raisins
D:

Thursday 2/14/13
B: protein smoothie

L: fruit (apples, oranges, strawberries)
S: almonds & raisins
D: grilled chicken, squash & zucchini & chips & queso

Friday 2/15/13

D: chicken soup, baked potato

Saturday 2/16/13
B: tiny bit of eggs, whole wheat biscuit, protein smoothie

L: chicken soup, fruit (apple, orange, strawberry), 1/4 baked potato
S: almonds & raisins
D: hamburger
