Monday Feb 11
B- mixed berry protein smoothie
S- pumpkin spice protein bar
L- two slices sprouted bread spread with hummus,
2 hard boiled eggs sliced with mixed greens sandwich
S- strawberries and blueberries- just a few mixed
With lowest cottage cheese
D- salad- lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, chicken with vinaigrette

Tuesday Feb 12
B- mixed berry protein smoothie
