Breakfast Meal 1: Heather's french toast sticks with blueberry syrup (homemade), strawberries, banana and blueberries AM Snack Meal 2: homemade granola bar Lunch: lean steak, baked sweet potato, steamed swiss chard, carrots and green beans; slice of clean birthday cake with nutella and strawberries (Stephen came home this weekend and it was the first time he has been home since his birthday so I had to make him a cake!) Afternoon Snack: homemade granola bar Dinner: left over spaghetti and meatballs Optional Late Night Snack
Monday 2/11/13 B:Greek yogert with rasberries, oats, honey S: cottage cheese, strawberries, peanuts L:spinach salad, turkey, dried cranberries, raw almonds, cider vinegar, olive oil S:homemade granola bar D:carribean chicken with brown rice (heather's) slice of birthday cake
Tuesday 2/12/13 B:Mango smoothy (heather's) S:apple with almond butter L:baked sweet potato, begetable burger, apricot jam, onion tomato whole wheat wrap S:plum, jalapeno cheese D:turkey meatballs and protien spaghetti Protien and almond milk shake

| It was yummy! I also made nutella and spread it on top then had fresh strawberries. I took a picture but could not figure out how to post it.
The cake and nutella was from the gracious pantry. | |

Thursday 2/14/13 B:English muffin with almond butter, applesauce water S: L:Carribean chicken breast, 7 strawberries S:banana, 11 almonds D:chicken breast stuffed with riccota and crabmeat then baked in tomato sauce with mozzerella cheese on top; steamed greanbeans, carrots, broccoli; chocolate lava cake (clean) 2 strawberries
Friday 2/15/13 B:3 egg whetes with spinach and onion with romanoe cheese S:apple with peanut butter L:carribean chicken breast, banana S: D:chipotle burrito bowl with green pepers, onion, brown rice, black beans, sour cream, mild salsa and corn salsa; chocolate lava cake (clean)
Saturday 2/16/13 B:Oatmeal, blueberries, walnits, flax, blueverry syrup (homemade, clean), sunflower seeds S: L:peanut butter and strawberry jam on pita S:cottage cheese, strawberry and granola D: pork sloppy joe (heather's) on whle wheat slider rolls, kale with onion and garlic S: too many wheat thins (sun dried tomato and basil) and humus. lost count on how many |
