I'm back. I fell majorly off the wagon for a week. I ate some clean, some crap and lots of Sprite. I'm over it. Time to get back on track.

Snack protein shake
Dinner salad with salmon and ww bread slice
Thursday
Breakfast ww toast, nitrate free bacon, pesto and 1 egg
Snack mean green juice made in my juicer
Lunch- Clean pizza
Snack- Almond butter cookies
